Connect with Grade 4 through 9 intermediate and middle school teachers, student support workers and administrators from across BC. Online exhibiting is a great way to reach potential customers via your easily customized online ”booth” web page. Using the EasyReg system and their pre-formatted web page, you can populate and personalize the booth to match your particular business/organization. 2021 Fall Conference Exhibitor Rates

|Customized Exhibitor Booth||Display functions include: video embeds, highlighting products/services, interviews, testimonials, etc.|
|Interactive features: video chat with attendees during conference hours.|
|Other spotlight functions: announcement messages displayed at the top of booth page, banner ads displayed on the bottom of the page with link.|
|Extended virtual booth times. Booths can be open before and after the conference.|
|Scavenger Hunt||All exhibitors are included in the myPITA Scavenger Hunt. Attendees will visit your Exhibitor page and reveal a hidden letter found behind a virtual scratch card located on your page. Once they have correctly matched enough letters to exhibitors they will be entered in the marketplace prize draw.|
|Prize Draw||Exhibitors are encouraged to hold their own prize draw at the booth to further encourage traffic. Prizes may be an online gift card, discount code, and/or a physical prize, if you are willing to arrange for shipping to the prize winner. You may collect their contact information if you follow FOIPPA regulations by clearly stating that by entering the draw they agree to be added to your mailing list.|
|Advertising within Workshops||myPITA will advertise the virtual Marketplace at the end of workshop sessions, and participants will be encouraged to visit exhibitor booths.|
Free drop-in training sessions for exhibitors. All sessions will be online using Zoom. No registration is required to attend.
Once your registration and payment have been processed, you will receive a unique log-in code that gives you access to your personal exhibitor's web page. Your online exhibiting booth needs to be set-up 5 days prior to the conference, by May 17, 2021.
